Blog: Is "Why Evolution Is True" True?

Jerry Coyne's Why Evolution is True has been a much celebrated book among Darwinists.

Indeed, biologist and outspoken atheist Richard Dawkins writes of the book:

"I once wrote that anybody who didn't believe in evolution must be stupid, insane or ignorant, and I was then careful to add that ignorance is no crime. I should now update my statement. Anybody who doesn't believe in evolution is stupid, insane, or hasn't read Jerry Coyne. I defy any reasonable person to read this marvelous book and still take seriously the "breathtaking inanity" that is intelligent design "theory" or its country cousin, young earth creationism."

Very well; however, it is important for one to weigh both sides of an argument before drawing their conclusions and my hope is that today's featured blog will aid readers in doing just that.

Is "Why Evolution is True" True?" is a blog who's sole purpose, "is to determine if Coyne's book, "Why Evolution is True" contrary to the author's intentions, provides a framework on which to base arguments that Darwin's Theory is unlikely to have been plausibly established."

You can check out the blog here.

The author provides, "post titles...intended to provide for "quick browsing" to major book topics that may be of singular interest to the reader."

As the Bible reminds us:

"The one who states his case first seems right, until the other comes and examines him" (Proverbs 18:17, ESV).

Courage and Godspeed,
Chad
